This morning budgets and cash flows were on the agenda. Cris provided a few examples around the various costs associated with businesses and their counterparts. The 1 + 1 + 1 rule was shown to us too; this is a methodology applied to employee hiring. It refers to the salary, any other costs (such as utilities) and the overall profit to the employer.
It was a good lesson in getting the cogs spinning and thinking about how such things apply to us and our own work and lifestyles.
Our e-com site build is coming along more swiftly now, however I feel that we as a whole, have not moved nearly quick enough for it to be of much benefit. Although I think it has proven to be a good experience for everyone who has chosen to provide and be a part of the work force behind this site build.
